Making design history tangible
Design references typically exist as mentions in books, articles, and digital archives. The figures who have shaped creative thinking—from medieval philosophers to contemporary practitioners—remain largely confined to academic contexts.
This project aimed to create a physical tribute to these influences. A way to honor the thinkers and schools of thought that continue to shape how we approach design today, making their lasting impact visible and tangible.
DESIGN KNOWLEDGE AS COLLECTIBLE OBJECTS FOR INSTITUTO TRAMONTANA
MY ROLE
Editorial design, packaging design and supervising printing production.

The result was 42 cards bringing together medieval monks thinking about beauty, 1960s theorists deconstructing reality, computer pioneers developing digital interfaces—all part of the same creative lineage. Design always draws from diverse places.
