Evolving educational digital experience

Since opening its doors in 2019, Instituto Tramontana has steadily expanded its program offerings and grown its reputation in professional education. As new courses and pathways were added over the years, the original website structure became increasingly disorganized, unable to accommodate the breadth of information that needed to be communicated.

Translating the warmth and intimacy of Tramontana's physical space into the digital experience was essential. The project also needed to provide the thorough information people need when investing time and money in their future.

MY ROLE

Restructuring information architecture to design the complete digital experience—from site structure and navigation flows to content hierarchy and visual language implementation in WordPress.

This work focused on restructuring information architecture to support informed decision-making, with clear program descriptions, transparent processes, and detailed expectations that help students understand exactly what they're committing to.
